94 職業服務及社會企業 Employment Service and Social Enterprise 社區教育及義工服務 Community Education and Volunteer Service 我們將積極建立系統化技能訓練，提供創業 計劃孕育企業家，以及營造僱主營商新網 絡，共同創造不同的工作機會予弱勢社群及 青年，讓他們能充分展現其自我潛能和價 值。 社區教育服務將進一步加強「保護因子」 元素，提升服務使用者應對挑戰和危機的 能力。同時，我們積極為學前兒童提供服 務，讓他們從小培養良好品格；並透過親 子活動，支援家長為孩子建立安全和友善 的成長環境。隨著時代發展和服務對象特 性，我們致力發展網上平台，加強與兒童 及青少年連繫，傳播預防犯罪訊息。 「專才」是義工發展服務的來年重點，義工 透過發揮其長處，讓服務達到最大成效。 我們亦十分注重專才的傳承，讓義工服務 的技巧及正面態度得以傳揚下去。 We will continue to actively build up systematic skills training, provide entrepreneurship and start up plan, as well as develop a new employer and business network, in order to co-create different job opportunities for underprivileged groups for revealing their self-potentials and values. In order to enhance service users’ ability to cope with challenges and crises, the elements of protective factors will be further strengthened in our services. At the same time, we will actively provide services for pre-school children, so as to equip them with good characters from an early age. Also, more parent-child programmes will be kicked off to support parents in establishing a safe and friendly environment for their children. In view of the information and communication technology development and the characteristics of the service users, online activities will be launched to extend the platform for connecting children and young people to spread crime prevention messages. “Professionals” will be the focus of Volunteer Development Service in the coming year. Volunteers can exert their strengths to maximize the effectiveness of the service. Meanwhile, we attach great importance to the inheritance of talents so that the skills and positive attitude of our volunteers can be passed on. 憑 信 念
