99 專業發展 我們獲香港社會服務聯會邀請，於「青年轉職」 研討會擔任講者，向業界同工分享本會的服務 經驗，及更生、邊緣青年的職涯發展需要，共 同交流及探討服務發展。 Professional Development We were invited by The Hong Kong Council of Social Service and, shared our experience in serving rehabilitated and marginalised youth in “Youth Career Transition”, with an aim to promote service exchange . 持續多元創新 全新少數族裔青年為本職涯發展 服務 本港部分少數族裔青年因語言障礙，不僅升學 及就業機會受到局限，更成為他們難以向上流 動的主因。有見及此，我們承蒙「置地公司。家 基金」資助，由 2021 年 10 月起展開「自在地•活 出真的你 — 少數族裔青年職涯探索計劃」，目 標協助少數族裔中學生（中四至中六年級）及社 區弱勢少數族裔青年（ 15–29 歲），透過提升中 文能力及提供生涯發展服務，讓他們在教育及 事業發展上得到更平等機會，達致社會共融。 Sustainability and Diversify of Innovation New Ethnic Minority Youth-based Career Development Service Due to language barrier, it might lead to the limitation of further study and employment among some ethnic minority youths in Hong Kong , affecting their upward social mobility. With the support of “HOMEFUND by Hongkong Land”, “Key to Success — Career and Life Planning Project for Ethnic Minority Youth” has been launched in October 2021, enhancing Chinese language proficiency of ethnic minority (EM) secondary school students (F.4-F.6) and disadvantaged EM youths in community (aged 15- 29) and engaging them into career and life planning, so that they can have more equal opportunities to access education and occupational attainment, which positively affect their social mobility and social inclusion. 課程發展 課程發展方面，我們在懲教院所內新增僱員 再培訓局「裝修鋪瓦工（中級工藝測試）基礎 證書」；並為公眾人士新增僱員再培訓局「婚 禮花飾與宴會佈置 I （花卉首飾）基礎證書（兼 讀制）」、「中藥保健食療知識基礎證書（兼讀 制）」、「網上創業（營運及市場推廣）基礎證書 （兼讀制）」、「香薰美容（花卉水）基礎證書（兼 讀制）」、「寵物美容及店務助理基礎證書」；及 專為殘疾及工傷康復人士新增「店務及客戶服 務基礎證書」，以提供多元化及具市場潛力的 課程。 Course Development In terms of course development, we organised new The Employees Retraining Board (ERB) “Foundation Certificate in Tiler Training for Interior Renovation (Intermediate Trade Test)”. We also offered ERB “Foundation Certificate in Wedding Floral Design and Applications I Floral Accessories (Part time)”, “Foundation Certificate in Knowledge of Dietary Supplement in Chinese Medicine (Part time)”, “Foundation Certificate in Internet Business Startup (Operation & Marketing) (Part time)”, “Foundation Certificate in Aromatherapy for Beauty (Floral Water)” and “Foundation Certificate in Pet Groomer and Shop Assistant Training” for general public; and “Foundation certificate in shop assistant and customer services” for persons with disabilities and persons recovered from work injuries to provide diversified and market-oriented trainings.
