46 社會康復及支援綜合服務中心 Integrated Service Centre for Social Rehabilitation & Community Support 本會轄下有四間社會康復及支援綜合服務中心 ( 共 7 個服務點 ) ，社工以實證為本手法協助服務 使用者解決和面對各種問題，增強他們的自信 心和解決問題的能力，使他們順利融入社會， 重建守法的自立生活。 Four Integrated Service Centre for Social Rehabilitation & Community Support Centres with 7 Revival Hubs in Hong Kong territory. Adopting the evidence-based practice, social workers help service users to solve their problems by enhancing their self- confidence and problem-solving abilities. Our ultimate goal is to assist service users in their re-integration into the community, enabling them to lead a law-abiding and independent life.
