48 年度重點 Highlights of the Year 服務巡禮 「齊來老友鬼鬼」 — 朋輩團隊支援隱蔽濫藥者計 劃 由禁毒基金資助，於二零二二年五月至二零 二五年四月期間，為曾濫藥人士及活躍吸毒人 士提供一系列高度參與及身份轉化的活動及培 訓。計劃由朋輩支援員主導外展服務，帶領及 培訓吸毒者及戒毒者義工以滾雪球式接觸更隱 蔽的吸毒者，及早辨識隱蔽和抗拒治療之吸毒 者；培育朋輩支援員及其家人或重要成員，成 為全港首創包含家人或重要成員的朋輩團隊， 以推動吸毒者的身份轉化；提供社區教育， 動員社區人士，建立一個以吸毒者義工、康復 者、朋輩支援員、家人及社區人士推動的資源 樞紐 (Resource Hub) 。計劃期望增加社區對戒毒 服務及曾濫藥人士的接納度，讓吸毒者終極目 標不單是戒毒，而是轉化投身成為資源樞紐一 員，共融、貢獻及重投社會。 當社交距離措施逐步放寬後， 「尋回自己 2.0 計 劃」 於二零二一年六月正式展開。二十名服務 使用者和義工在專業跑步教練的帶領下，每週 進行跑步和健身訓練。計劃協助參加者訂立 不同階段的運動目標，由恆常的運動訓練到 預備參與比賽，逐步提升參加者的體能、情緒 調節、自信心等，並從活動參與者轉化成帶領 者，分享自身轉化經歷。 Service Highlights “Buddies’ Hub” — Peer-in-a-Team Support Service on Hidden Drug Users is a territory-wide project supported by the “Beat Drugs Fund” covering the period from May 2022 to April 2025. A series of participative and transformative activities and training are provided for ex-drug and active drug users. Peer supporters provide outreach services by identifying hidden drug users and enhancing their motivation for drug rehabilitation. The project will also nurture peer supporters and their family members/significant others in forming Territory-wide Pilot Peer-in-a-Team to enhance drug user identity transformation. A Resource Hub which consists of drug user volunteers, rehabilitees, peer supporters, family members or significant others through community education shall be established. The project will facilitate the community’s acceptance of drug withdrawal services and the rehabilitated drug users, so that drug users can become part of the Resource Hub and contribute to society. “Run for Our Life 2.0 Project” has begun since June 2021 after gradual relaxation of social distancing measures. 20 service users and volunteers attended weekly running and fitness classes, leading by professional running coaches. The project assisted participants in setting exercise goals with different stages, and prepared themselves from regular training to competition preparation, gradually improving their physical fitness, emotion regulation, self-confidence, etc. Besides, it assisted our service users in transforming their identities to become leaders, sharing their own experience. 由朋輩們主導「老友鬼鬼」計劃的每月會議。 Project Buddies & Buddies monthly meeting led by peer supporters. 跨單位朋輩交流活動「 K-café 」鼓勵朋輩支援員分享寶貴的經驗和知識，培養共享文化。 “K-café”, which was a cross-unit sharing activity, encouraged peer supporters to share their valuable working experience and knowledge, with an aim to develop sharing culture.
