49 We launched the “Blue Bus Jockey Club Together We Grow Project” with The Boys’ and Girls’ Club Association of Hong Kong together and the project had been extended until August 2022. It provided an all rounded supporting service toward the children and youth, whose parents were arrested, incarcerated or ex-offenders, and also their caregivers in Hong Kong. Under the pandemic, we provided counselling service, crisis intervention and online programmes to the families to resolve and overcome the challenges. During the year, we served 216 children and youth. Furthermore, there were 21 incarcerated fathers joining a pioneer programme titled “Distance-learning Course for Incarcerated Parents” to facilitate the positive family relationship with their children. 本會與香港小童群益會共同開展的 「藍巴士賽 馬會結伴成長計劃」 延續服務至二零二二年八 月底。計劃支援全港 18 歲以下，因家長面對被 捕、司法程序、在囚或更生階段而需要協助的 全港兒童及青少年（以及其家長或照顧者）。 疫情下，本計劃除以輔導服務支援家庭面對危 機及需要外，亦以不同活動協助兒童、青少年 及其家庭克服困境及成長挑戰，如網上小組及 活動，過去一年為 216 個兒童及青少年提供服 務。此外，去年共有 21 位在囚的父親參與在懲 教院所內進行的「懲教院所家長遙距課程」，協 助他們拉近與子女的距離，促進正面的親子聯 繫。 2022 年 1 月，「老友鬼鬼」計劃的高級朋輩支援員於「量度、評估與學習論壇：從社會效 益到社會創新」演講。 Senior peer supporter of Project Buddies & Buddies presented in the “Measurement, Evaluation, and Learning Forum: From Social Impact to Social Innovation” in January 2022.
