50 朋輩服務發展 去年，綜合服務中心舉行跨單位朋輩交流活 動，不但為朋輩支援員提供平台分享技能和經 驗，更讓參加者了解在服務使用者的更生康復 過程中，朋輩支援員擔當的角色。活動以「同 心」、「同步同行」為口號，展示推動朋輩服務的 決心。 竹康滙夥拍「老友鬼鬼」 — 隱蔽濫藥者朋輩支援 計劃，服務沿用「服務使用者參與」的模式。由 朋輩支援員帶領吸毒者義工，為弱勢活躍吸毒 者提供服務，並由朋輩們主導每月的會議，策 劃及執行服務項目。 各單位的朋輩支援員獲邀在不同平台上分享。 二零二一年十月社會福利署與港康滙聯合舉辦 「過來人，小分享」社區教育活動，服務使用者 向過百名來自灣仔和港島東區的學生分享戒毒 故事及宣揚禁毒訊息。二零二二年一月「老友 鬼鬼」計劃的高級朋輩支援員在「量度、評估與 學習論壇：從社會效益到社會創新」活動中，向 非政府組織代表和資助者演講有關「老友鬼鬼」 計劃的成效及社會效益。 Peer Service Development Last year, Integrated Service Centre organised a cross-units sharing activity for Peer supporters, providing a platform to share their skills and experience, as well as introducing the importance of the role of peer supporters in the course of service users’ rehabilitation. The commitment to develop peer service was shown in the activity with slogans “Act Together and Synchronise”. Chuk Yuen Revival Hub (CYRH) which partnered with “Project Buddies & Buddies” continued to implement “Service-user participation” model in various programmes. Peer supporters provided services to active drug abusers with drug users volunteers as leaders. Also, they hold the monthly peer-led meetings, planned and executed projects. Peer supporters from different units had opportunities to share their lived experience in various platforms. In October 2021, The Social Welfare Department cooperated with Hong Kong Revival Hub (HKRH) to organise a community educational activity. Real drug rehabilitation stories were shared by our service users and anti-drug messages were promoted to over one hundred students from Wan Chai and Eastern District. In January 2022, the senior peer supporters of the “Project Buddies & Buddies” presented the project outcome and social impact to NGOs representatives and funders of the “Measurement, Evaluation, and Learning Forum: From Social Impact to Social Innovation”. 朋輩支援員策劃及帶領組員進行尋寶遊戲。 Peer supporters planned and led the service users to play Treasure Hunt.
