56 年度重點 Highlights of the Year 加強衛生措施嚴防疫情 在新冠肺炎疫情期間, 6 間宿舍繼續實施預防 措施及健康教育予舍友,包括提供個人防護裝 備、清潔用品、噴塗抗病毒塗層、醫學監察、 社交距離和探訪安排等。我們安排宿舍服務員 工參與內部專業培訓,如學習正確防疫方法、 向業界借鏡,及善用社區醫療資源處理懷疑╱ 初步確診╱確診 2019 冠狀病毒病人士。 本會社會康復及支援綜合服務中心於二零二 一年訂立人手支援機制,讓社工及其他中心同 工隨時支援宿舍當值工作,應對宿舍因隔離、 醫學監察或封鎖住處而出現人手短缺的特殊情 況。二零二二年二月,宿舍職員相繼因確診、 與確診者有密切接觸而需要接受隔離,本會適 時進行內部招聘臨時宿舍助理,以維持宿舍 運作。 Reinforce Measures for Disease Prevention and Control Six hostels continued to implement preventive measures and health education to residents, with the provisions of personal protective equipment, cleaning supplies, spray anti-virus coating, medical surveillance, social distancing, visitation arrangements, etc. Internal professional training to hostels staffs was organised, learning from other NGOs, proper prevention measures, making good use of the community and medical resources in handling suspected/preliminary positive/confirmed COVID-19 cases. In 2021, Social Rehabilitation and Crime Prevention Service has set up the Manpower Support System. Social workers and other staffs are required to backup hostel staffs to handle special situations, like manpower shortage due to staffs infection and COVID quarantine.
