64 年度重點 Highlights of the Year 疫情下積極拓展新網絡、服務對 象，並加強網上服務 為了接觸更多族群，及普及安全性行為的訊 息，本年度的「關懷移動網」計劃除了積極拓展 網上平台，亦跟專門服務少數族裔的機構合 作，一起推廣健康教育資訊。 「會員特務」計劃因應疫情狀況，轉而接觸高危 男男性工作者，以及聯絡為男男性接觸社群提 供服務的場所，提供愛滋病及血液傳染病資訊 及安全套。再者，我們利用交友軟件進行網上 外展，一來有助增加計劃的曝光率，二來由社 工提供一對一的線上對話，可為服務使用者提 供健康資訊、情緒支援及跟進服務。 Expand the Cooperation Network, Service Targets and Enhance Online Outreach Services During the COVID-19 Pandemic Project Care Mobile Net (CMN) had expanded the cooperation network with different non-governmental organisations, which serve ethnic minority groups, to promote the messages of HIV prevention. Due to the pandemic, Project Member Special Mission (MSM) promoted HIV and blood-borne diseases prevention services and distributed condoms to high risk men who have sex with men by reaching their service related spots. Also, social workers developed the internet outreach by using online platforms and social apps, so as to gain exposure of the project. Meanwhile, we provided professional preventive education, emotional supports and follow-up services by one-on-one online chat. 為懲教院所提供健康教育服務。 Project PATHs provided health education services for the inmates of Correctional Institutions. 於酒吧進行社區外展。 Community outreach was conducting in bars.
