67 年度重點 Highlights of the Year 強化介入濫藥母親策略 建立母親專屬互助網絡 本計劃持續強化對母親組群的策略，讓少數族 裔朋輩輔導員招攬正在吸毒或曾有吸毒經驗的 母親，然後組成母親小組，並舉辦各種針對婦 女的活動，以提高她們參與強化康復活動的動 力。活動旨在建立婦女互助網絡，分享應對生 活壓力的技巧及提高她們解難能力。在小組中 期，我們提供園藝及藝術治療，幫她們減壓、 改善集中力及反思生命。此外，我們亦會邀請 已康復的母親成為朋輩，以協助小組討論。成 員參與小組後，情緒往往得以舒緩，及獲取成 就感。同工更發現小組成員具備不同天份，如 良好的配色及設計技巧。 Strengthen the Intervention Strategy on Drug Using Mothers to Develop their Mutual Support Network We strengthened the strategy on mother target groups, gathering drug using mothers by peer supporters and providing attractive activities in order to increase their motivation of joining the Rehabilitation Strengthening Programmes. Not only did we aim at building up women’s mutual support network, but also we taught stress management and problem-solving skills. At the middle phase of the group, we helped members to release pressure, improve power of concentration and facilitate life reflection by using Horticultural and Art Therapy. In addition, we invited rehabilitated mothers as peer volunteers to assist in facilitating the group dynamic. They felt relieved and had a sense of accomplishment after joining the group. Workers also realized that mothers had different talents, for example good design and colour matching skills. 我們舉辦園藝治療小組，透過讓母親小組成員專注製作盆栽及了 解植物特性，從中減壓和反省個人生活。 In the Horticultural Group, members in mother groups could reflect and reduce life pressure by concentrating on making potted plants and understanding the characteristics plants. 服務使用者與家人參加燒烤活動，助促進親子關係。 Service users joined BBQ with their families which helped to consolidate parent-child relationship. 已康復的服務使用者參與互助 Band 組，以歌會友。 Rehabilitated service users joined mutual support band groups to cheer each other up.
