To help newly released prisoners tackle one of their greatest difficulties after discharge, we provide transitional accommodation service for them to settle down as early as possible and reintegrate into the community.
Service Objective
Transitional accommodation is provided for ex-offenders through 5 male hostels and 1 female hostel to help them re-establish a new life and reintegrate into the community.
Service Users
Service users must meet the following criteria:
People with criminal record or ex-prisoners
Aged 16 and above
Holder of a valid identification document for proof of legal residence
No presence of active infectious disease
Capable of self-care

Service Application
Applicant may submit the application directly or through referral made by other organizations/institutions.
Service Withdrawal
Service can be terminated upon worker's professional judgment and mutual agreement made with the service users. Service users may terminate service voluntarily at any juncture of the service process.
